I am a Storyteller, Brand/Commercial Model and Event Planner with strong career focus towards Science Popularization and Communication since I believe research is not only a publication paper but a breakthrough discovery that should be communicated in a simple localized format to the public. That is why I am a big supporter of #minatutkin / #istudy movement on Twitter. Currently, I study a master degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Medicine at the University of Oulu. Started my second year, working on a master thesis project in Bioinformatics, Machine learning and Data analytics supervised by Juho Kontio and Valerio Izzi, in the ExtraCellular Matrix(ECM), Hypoxia & Cancer Research group at the Faculty of Biochemistry & Molecular Medicine(FBMM), University of Oulu. I am a tech savy, highly ambitious towards Scientific Research Communication. Hence, I am in high hopes that by the time I finish my thesis I am able to use Deep Neural Networks and Machine Learning models in preprocessing and analyzing big genomic data for cancer researchers and health care professionals to create user friendly apps that enable easy visualization supporting their decision-making in precision medicine.
